Would anyone be willing to share thoughts / comparisons regarding the difference between FM Fujiyama, Takada no Hamono, and Tetsujin gyutos? Interested in specs, performance, and F&F. Welcoming all opinions, no need to be entirely objective! Also interested in the stylistic differences that the smiths and sharpeners for each of these brands bring to the table (I’m aware there is Myojin overlap).

Thanks!!

I've used my FMs a lot, and have used a tetsujin metal flow a decent amount of times. I'm not the best reviewer but I'll say fit and finish and cutting performance on both were quite similar

I've had multiples of all 3. The Takada in blue was easily my favorite. It felt much more capable/substantial.

Was thinking that they should all be similar in many regards! I’m sure a lot of it at this point comes down to personal preference, but I’m very interested in WHAT people’s preferences with them are, and why. Thanks for the response!
