I didn't do anything to this one really. Previous owner cut back the finger guard near the edge. Lots of life left before it needs to be done again.

Nojiyama Nakiri 240mm
Actual measurements: 223mm edge length , 237 hell to tip length x 49mm heighth.

Bought this from Knife Japan in July 2022. Stock lacquered ho wood handle replaced with burnt chestnut with plastic ferrule from my 270mm Munetoshi. Not the fanciest handle, but comfortable. Much better than the stock one though. Been sharpened, still not in need of thinning though.
