This bunka is on the light side of middle weight. Amazing for blasting through onions maybe not the first thing I reach for to take on a kabocha, but great for slicing half rounds of delicata squash.

My gyuto is also middle weight but leans closer to the workhorse side. Thicker at the booty but needle thin at the tip
