Hi all,

Like new Fredrik Spåre for sale. Used to cut one onion (never sharpened, never stropped etc), but unfortunately need the cash elsewhere now.

Gyuto is 220mm honyaki, 26c3 @ 66 HRC, bog oak handle w/ mammoth bolster.

Price is 450 EUR shipped EU with F&F/Revolut/Bank Transfer (+3% if PP). Will cover first 20 EUR international shipping, and + 3% if PP.

Can you post choil shot and distal taper? How is the performance on the onion? I want to fly through the onion without any resistance or stiction.
