Need to make space for a handful of incoming customs. I got this direct from Fredrik last year. It had my ideal specs with tall heel height, bit of belly in the profile, thin midweight grind with slight convexity, and thick spine out of the handle. Fit and finish are clean with fully rounded spine and choil, and smooth transitions in the handle. I've come to lean more toward beefier workhorse gyutos lately when not using a cleaver, but someone is really going to be happy with this one.
