This knife has not been used or sharpened. Imo, has a better more consistent grind (minimal wabi) than I have seen on some of his knives. I have a 195 and 240 gyuto of this line and do not really need this one. Looking to sell Conus only USPS Priority Shipping. Any questions on the knife, please ask.
