Fukushima Aogami Super (Blue Paper) 240mm Gyuto with Stainless cladding & burnt oak handle.
It comes with a knife sheath. Thin and sharp cutting edge.

Gently used. Excellent condition. Has an Aogami Super core edge steel that takes a nice patina. I can remove old patina upon request or leave as is. Rest of the knife is stainless clad for low maintenance. Knife has never been sharpened or stropped. It comes with a free sheath for blade protection! Great 240 mm Aogami Super Gyuto for the buck!
