Hey Everyone, I am putting up my Gesshin Heiji 210 mm Semi Stainless gyuto for sale. I have only had this a couple of months and I am just more of a 240 guy. The knife is 212 mm by 46 mm high with a 4 mm spine at the heel. Extra TLC put into this by Jon. Asking $400 USD CONUS please. Cheers
