This was one of the first J knives I bought. It was also my first attempt at thinning. Functionally, it is a great cutter. Aesthetically, it is rough. Lots of scratches from a 120 grit stone. I ran out of patience trying to refinish it myself. I am hoping someone with the necessary tools and skills will buy this and put a proper finish on it.
