Geshhin Uraku Stainless 270mm gyuto.
Used a few times only. Sharpened once. No saya--but I do have the saya pin
Grabbed this because I wanted to try a Uraku. A solid user. The pics in the original thread are better than my pic. Got a great deal on it here:

A solid wa handle workhorse with decent convexing and distal taper. Absolutely perfect for a first stainless knife. GLWS!!

Aus-10. It’s really tough! I have a 210 that I use as my (really nice) beater, and which my wife used. She’ll even cut things on ceramic with it once in a while and it never blinks. I’ve put somewhat aggressive edges on it and it’s never microchipped once.
