Hello all, selling my Gihei Blue 2 gyuto 240mm. I like this knife a lot and I think it's a great deal at $200 new, but I tend to use my Toyama more. Gets very sharp, and the core steel takes on a beautiful blue patina. This knife is stainless clad and has a subtle nashiji finish. I've had it for a couple months and have used it sparingly, and sharpened it once. Some mild scuffs from sharpening but otherwise in great shape. The handle is oak, there is a natural dark spot in the wood on the underside of the handle that I took a pic of.
