I have better results with mine after a soak.

I would try it with mud and with no mud too. Yields very different results as well

I think I kept mine in the water for good 3 years... It's good but it dishes... prob about 2-4k.
I think 4k is a safe assumption. At least the finish I get with mine.

Its basically a 4k, with a good bit of deep scratches littered in. Great stone for edges.

That sounds pretty similar to a natural aoto. Makes sense given the name but are the edges pretty comparable?

I think they are pretty similar, closest thing I've tried. Of course I haven't tried the other synthetic aotos though.

Where did you hear about it? Green brick of “joy” went out of favour here 5+ years ago.
And its splash and go but can be soaked for a little bit.
