Hey crazy knives fanatics !
I'm French ! I apologized for my teRRible accent (mostly with "r" and "th") (yeah i know, i don't really "speak" here, but please forgive me anyway ^^).
But i love cooking.
With knives.
Sharp knives.
And good products from my region and the rest of the world.
And to do that, i need knowledge and advices. This place seems full of both, so i'll keep reading stuff from you, passionate dudes, maybe ask some questions before i do stupid choices !
At the moment i only own two "real" knives which should be written somewhere around my nick ? A petty and a santoku from JCK, carbonext series. I enjoy using and sharpening them, but i'm also here to enlarge the familly
Your "BST" section will destroy some of my life savings, but i think it worth it
