My name is billy, young cook working in Portland OR. Was introduced 3 or 4 years ago to the forums through a previous chef and have been casually visiting since. As my culinary journey expands, so does the knife collection. Would love to be a part of such a special community of equally passionate folks. Right now I am trying to improve my knife sharpening skills and saving for 3 Takada Knives
