Here's a hello to the fine (and in many cases, familiar) folks in this amazingly-fast-built forum 
I love good food, and good tools on-hand makes food prep a joy and, on some days, incredibly therapeutic. *Definitely* still learning to sharpen well - in fact, I'm not even sure I'm raising burrs properly
Hoping to keep learning and, perhaps somewhere down the road, to be able to help others as well.
