Hi all,

I'm a newbie to the Japanese knife world, just started getting into it as I'm starting my first kitchen job soon in a couple weeks. I've done a fair bit of research educating myself on the different terminologies and makers, but would love to expand my knowledge. Please point me to more learning resources, the more the better!
