I don't have an extra, but just in case this is helpful, Güde sells direct to the US now. I vote for the 12 if you can swing it
Yeah, I was just about to pull the trigger on one when Spare had the bread sword pre-release.

I have a victorinox that works but looking for something a little more robust, not so flexy. Anything stiff should do
Mac professional works well and is slightly cheaper at $150.
I think I have 2 of the 320 and 1 210. Would part with a 320 (if I can find it).
FWIW, while the Gude is #1 on hard crusted bread, I find the Mac Pro to be more versatile with any type of bread and leaves less crumb on the table. It's the one I carry in my kit now.
