I will offer gyuto for sale:
Blade made of steel ШХ-15(52100) 63HRC size 236/55/3.2mm. The geometry of the blade is double-sided S-grind.
The handle is made of stabilized burl walnut and cupronickel.
The thickness of the cutting edge is about 0.1mm. sharpening on natural stones up to 10,000 grit.
The price of the knife including shipping is $490.

I have a very similar gyuto from @Andrei that was a custom order. It's one of the best knives I've ever purchased and started me looking more at non-Japanese makers. It's a great cutter and the fit and finish is impeccable. I'd be happy buying it at twice the price I paid and I ended up buying 2 more of his knives in the same steel. I hope someone enjoys this as much as I've enjoyed mine.
