Sanmai stainless steel with a central layer of P18 (T1) 64HRC steel. Blade 240 / 55mm. cutting edge thickness 0.1mm. the knife is sharpened to 10000grit.
The handle is made from African Blackwood and the finest synthetic micarta.

The geometry is excellent and cuts through dense products and thick carrots like butter.
