Hello,

Today I'm looking to trade/sell this lightly used White #2 Hado 210mm Gyuto. This really is a beautiful knife which is forged by Yoshikazu Tanaka and sharpened by Tadataka Maruyama. This guy just flies through ingredients and has only hit my 3k stone once. Looking for a more work friendly knife. Comes with original box.

Was bought from HADO one month ago. Only used a few times at my house as I was a bit nervous to bring it to work.

Bought for $471.
