The collection has gotten a little big and I really only have room for 1 honyaki. With that said, I need to move one of the nicer knives in my collection.

Received this in a trade a month ago and has seen light home usage and no sharpening done. This offering from Joe is one of the best knives I’ve come across in my knife journey.

The dimensions and grind are very nice/practical. Not too big for home use with just enough weight to it to help guide through food. Has a full convex grind. The slightly forward balance is really nice and there’s enough distal taper at the tip which makes cutting onions a breeze. Beautiful and vibrant hamon as well.
