Selling a Heiji 210 sujihiki. Semi stainless (predator dots). It has been used gently in a home kitchen. Could use some cosmetic attention with some stray scratches but the bevels are good and flat. Sharpened a few times but nothing to appreciably shorten its life. Great chestnut & horn handle. Specs are 214mm heel to tip, 35mm high at heel, and 136 grams. No trades. Purchased direct and I'm the first owner, cannot find the box. $215 shipped, US only please.
