WTS Heiji Nakiri 180mm

Hi everyone

Selling my Heiji 180mm nakiri as I prefer a taller nakiri for this blade length.
I only used 2 times to prep some tomato

The blade comes with some wabi sabi(as usual) from Heiji Sama, great Swedish carbon steel, thin behind the edge(almost grind to 0)
In terms of performance, it’s a great knife, I would keep it if it’s 5-10mm taller

I bought it direct from him back in 2022 November or December for 22,000 jpy

Looking to get $220 Aud shipped within Australia, happy to discount it if you pick up/F&F.

It means Swedish steel, I saw his older knives have similar kanji so I thought I might as well ask him to engrave it for me
