Looking for a heiji gyuto, preferably KU but not a deal breaker. Carbon or semi 240mm or 270mm. Preferably a gesshin heiji (currently sold out) but not a deal breaker. Already owned a few, a couple I really didn't like, hoping maybe the 5th purchase will be the one for me!
