I'm not a prolific poster on forums - I don't usually say much unless I have something meaningful to contribute, so we'll see how it goes.
I'm a keen home cook and made my own kitchen knives some years back - home forged and ground W2 and 52100.
Dusted off the forge, anvil, and grinder a few weeks ago (and started looking at the forum again) because the "making urge" is back and I want to try some different knife designs for breaking down larger fish.
