Hello from Austria!

Hello guys,

About half a year ago I got into japanese kitchen knife and have went fully down the rabbit hole since then
Atleast I enjoy cooking a lot more now since I’ve been fortunate enough to get some knives I love using. I also found a new hobby in freehand sharpening so that’s a plus too. My bank account hates it though haha. Looking forward to engage in this forum with all of you people!
