Hi, I'm from Boston and of course I love any kinds of noodles.

I do like Sakai knives, considering to expand the collections soon.

I think I can read most of the JP/Chinese characters so if you need my help identifying knives/characters, navigating JP website please do not hesitate asking helps !.
