Hey there! AI researcher by trade with a passion for burning a massive hole in my wallet on kitchen gear. Currently using a Fujiwara FKM Gyuto and a vintage CCK most of the time, but also have Kiwis and a Fibrox around. Have gotten pretty good at sharpening from a Shapton 1000 and looking to get more serious about this interesting world of knives here in addition to r/chefknives. Looking to pick up a Gyuto soon.
