I’m excited to join this forum and learn from all the experienced chefs and knife enthusiasts here. My name is Dan, and I’m on a quest to find the perfect chef knife. I have quite large hands and a rare form of early onset arthritis which makes finding a comfortable knife a bit challenging. However, I think I've found what I am looking for in one of the WTS posts.
