Just found the forum and thought I'd register so I can get a more deeper knowledge about knives and where to but the right on.
At the moment I have more of a standard beginner collection but im looking to buy a few high end pieces especially ones I have my eyes one at the moment are the Sugimoto cleavers but I still need to find out which one I should order and where the best place to buy it would be for someone from Europe.
