Fell deep down the rabbit hole and I've recently picked up a Takamura SG2 210mm Gyuto and a Shiro Kamo SG2 180mm Nakiri. Shapton Kuromaku 1k stone, King 300 deluxe and a Hasegawa FSR. I've been loving it cooking with sharp knives has been something I've been wanting forever after using a knife block
