Time to buckle in and buy a few knives!
Before I started lurking these forums I am a fan of Takefu Knife Village
I bought a Saji and Kurosaki
After I start lurking these forums I am a fan of Kato, Heldqvist, Yannick, Raquin and more!
I plan on using any knives I purchase in a professional setting so I'd like to focus on performance and learning how to properly sharpen/maintain them.
Thank you to this community, I'm sure I will upgrade as soon as I can pull the trigger on a knife.
I don't know how to go about buying one but I'm sure there's a thread for that.
