Hello folks,
My name is Tyler. I'm from Wisconsin in the US. I have a fixation with knives and a love of food. I'm trying to improve my cooking, learn new recipes/cuisines, expand my palate a little, and have an excuse to buy expensive knives.
I am currently building my set after working with a shun santoku and a Mac paring for a while. I've picked up a Kamadi sujihiki recently and have a Doberman Forge gyuto on the way. I'm also on Andrei Markin's books.
I have been drooling over so many of the makers I have seen on here and have a feeling this might be a group on enablers.
I'm excited.
