Well, I been out here for a few years now, moved from the west coast before it started burning down every year; I've been working in kitchens since I was a kid, but I broke my leg pretty badly a while back and haven't been able to work the line. Gotten to the point where I'm trying to sell off some of my knives and I heard this is the place to do it. Goodbye, Iwai; sayonara, Sakai; Sukenari..... you stay.
