Excited to find this forum. Name is Rob. Chef for 12 or so years. Just recently in the last year or so started to get back into the j knife world. Learned a ton of great info already just by reading a bunch. My knowledge isn’t extensive when it comes to extreme details but Knife skills and sharpening are no problem at all. Looking forward to learning even more.
