Hi everyone, happy to be here! Ive been a long time fan of knives in general, especially japanese knives, and i´ve been getting more into learning more about them. Sharpening, types of knives, a bit of everything. I recently bought a rusted Yanagiba from a market in Paris and wanted to deep dive into restoration. Looking forward to learning from everyone here!
