Hello everyone, the passion for knives in general is not new, I have a Scandi Roselli UHC hunting knife, an Almazan knife produced by a local craftsman, an eastern model although Almazan is a city in Spain , for the kitchen I have a Sakai Takayuki gyuto 210mm, a Tanaka nakiri and a Tojiro honesuki. And other knives such as Whustoff or Ikea that I no longer present . I am currently gathering information to buy a 240mm gyuto and a petty to replace the dead metal from Ikea.
