Long time lurker, now making a first post.
I have already learnt a lot from the forum, so thought I should say hello.
I am based in Scotland, and am primarily a home cook, although assist with our family business which offered event and private dining catering
As a home cook I have been learning Cantonese cooking, which got me interested in Chinese cleavers and Asian knives in general.
