Hi Everyone!
Long time lurker, and finally decided to register an account and participate in this amazing community. A little bit about myself - i spent a year apprenticing at different Japanese restaurants several years ago which first sparked my interest in kitchen knives (my very first knife was a Gesshin Ginga 240mm). Now i'm mainly using knives at home and not in a professional environment anymore. Thanks and hope to contribute to this forum in whichever way possible.
