Hi,

Another knife enthusiast that joins the forum. I have a couple of knifes from Japanese and Portuguese blacksmiths.

I'm not only interested in knifes and cooking but as well taking care of my knifes. I really like sharpening and polishing, I am a beginner though so I hope I will learn more with you all.

I'm happy to be here finally, hopefully as an active participant. I have read a lot of the post already as a guest and it was extremely instructive, thank you!

Welcome! Curious to hear about the Portuguese blacksmiths. There has been an increasing amount of interesting work coming out of Brazil and Spain the last years, looking forward to seeing more from Portugal
