It’s been a while that I follow this forum, but have been always too shy to post something. I bought my first Japanese knive in 2019 just before the pandemic. On 2020 not being allowed to walk the streets that much, I had plenty of time to learn sharpening. And I ásese I did Sharp en a lot! Of course, I fell into the rabbithole and now I own more than 35 knives… most of them Japanese, but also some vintage Spanish…
I enjoy reading your interesting threads.
