Hello, I've been lurking on the forums for a while, but decided to sign up. I am getting more interested in knives in general and this has been such a great resource for knowledge. Excited to be here, excited to learn more, and hopefully upgrade my current setup (Wusthof Classic set) that we got as a wedding gift about 9 years ago.
