Hello everyone, I've slowly made my way from decent factory made knives to finally having a forged Gyuto. As my username suggests, when cooking with others, I much prefer to do all the cutting while the other person labors over the stove. I look forward to soaking up all the knowledge and maybe expanding my "knife roll"
