Just ordered my first Japanese kitchen knife after spending a bunch of time crawling the interweb and eavesdropping thoughts of the hive mind here and elsewhere. My Yu Kurosaki 165mm Senko Bunka should be here this week. Looking to add a petty knife as soon as well.
