Hi KKF! I'm a longtime lurker who finally decided to make an account. Excited to officially join the Kitchen Knife Forums. I just recently purchased my first Japanese Gyuto after reading countless threads and recommendations. I'm now the proud owner of a 240mm Shiro Kamo AS Gyuto (stainless clad) with a kurouchi finish.
