Welcome. Which kitchen knives and which swords are your favorites?

I have a Makoto Ryusei AS 240mm that was my first intro to quality knives. I love its almost laser grind. Have also polished a giant Chopper King Orca 210mm funayuki from CKTG that is so fun to use.

Wrt swords, LK Chen jians have been awesome, especially the flying phoenix.
