Hey guys, been lurking for a while around here, finally decided on becoming a member.

A former hotel chef introduced me to the rabbit hole of kitchen knives, and a few years later, the Jnat sirens made sure that I couldn't get out. But I'm really just a home cook who loves nice, shiny knives.

Some crown jewels (to me) of my humble collection include:
- Tetsujin Blue#2 Kasumi 210mm K-tip Gyuto
- Mazaki White#2 240mm Gyuto
- Ohira Renge Suita
- Mikawa Nagura

Forever looking to expand not only my collection, but my skills and knowledge in this vast world of knives and sharpening.
