[HELP] - Charged for Annual Subscription for Cancelled Subscription

Hi! Does anyone know how to contact customer service or a help email?

I cancelled my subscription months ago, because I hadn't used it for quite a while. But I checked this morning, and it seems I was just charged.

It has been taken care of. Your refund should show in 5 to 10 days on your credit card statement.
FYI - the cancellation date shows the same as the charge day.
