To be fully accurate - Minamoto no Masakane 源 正金

As for the nakago, impossible to make out other than the second kanji maybe being 米. Need much better/closer shot, and seeing the whole knife may help.

Sorry but I still can not make them out. On the blade the second kanji is 山 and the last might be 行 or 作. It might help if you rubbed black ink into the engravings so that the character lines can be clearly seen.
As for the Nakago, it is hopeless. Apart from 米 the rest are just impossible to make out.
You have no information from the seller of this fuguhiki?

Good job. I had thought of it possibly being Tsukiyama but their knives are all engraved just 月山。So I dismissed it.
