My custom Gyuto from Henry Hyde of Baltimore finally arrived so I’ve decided to set my original Hyde Gyuto free to bless a new home.

Let me say that Mr. Hyde produces an amazing product. The knife is a performer on the boards and a real looker in hand. Not surprising, Henry has closed his books for the rest of the year. I’m looking for $520 shipped and insured for this one. Canadian buyers can get it for a little less because I save a little on shipping and insurance. Upon sale a donation will be made to KKF.
